Important Note: When sending, do not include information about authors (names and affiliations) in the files to be sent, as they will be peer reviewed. (Observação importante: ao enviar, inclua informações sobre autores (nomes e afiliações) somente no arquivo titulo e autores, não enviar informações dos autores nos restantes arquivos a serem enviados, pois eles serão objeto de revisão por pares).

Your participation can take one of the following formats (Sua participação pode assumir um dos seguintes formatos)

1. Oral communication (Comunicação oral) - In person or online

• Authors should indicate under which of the proposed topics their communication is integrated;
• Os autores devem indicar em qual dos tópicos propostos sua comunicação está integrada;

§  The Scientific Committee of the Congress may suggest topic change;

​§  O Comité Científico do Congresso pode sugerir mudança de tópico;

§  This format is limited to 10 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

​§  Este formato é limitado a 10 minutos para apresentação e 3 minutos para discussão.

1. Poster (Apresentação de Póster) - In person or online

• Authors should indicate under which of the proposed topics their communications is integrated;
• Os autores devem indicar em qual dos tópicos propostos sua comunicação está integrada;
• The Scientific Committee of the Congress may suggest topic change;
• O Comité Científico do Congresso pode sugerir mudança de tópico;
• E-Posters will be displayed in Poster format (A1 size 841 mm high x 594 mm wide) and available for questions at the appropriate time;
• Os pósteres serão exibidos em formato e-Póster (tamanho A1 de 841 mm de altura x 594 mm de largura) e disponíveis para questões em horário próprio;

Awards (Prémios)

• A special award will be given to the best oral communication (please apply when registering),
• Um prêmio especial será dado à melhor comunicação oral (por favor, indique ao se registar),
• A special award will be given to the best poster communication (please apply when registering),
• Um prêmio especial será dado à melhor comunicação de póster (por favor, indique ao se registar),

Certificates (Certificados)

§  A certificate will be issued for all the presented communications.

​§  Um certificado será emitido para todas as comunicações apresentadas.

§  Presentation certificates will be conferred to the speaker of the communication/poster.

​§  Certificados de apresentação serão conferidos ao orador da comunicação / póster.

§  Requests asking for the change of the “presenting author” will only be considered until the May 07, 2025.

​§  Solicitações pedindo a mudança do “autor apresentador” serão consideradas somente até o dia 07 de Maio de 2025.

Notices (Aviso)

§  At least one of the authors of the accepted work must be officially registered and pay for the registration until April 30, 2025.

​§  Pelo menos um dos autores do trabalho aceito deve estar oficialmente registado e pagar pela inscrição até 30 de abril de 2025.

§  If payment of the registration is not made within the stipulated deadline, the communication will be eliminated from the program and publication.

​§  Se o pagamento do registo não for realizado dentro do prazo estipulado, a comunicação será eliminada do programa e da publicação.

§  The best oral communication and the best poster will receive awards.

​§  A melhor comunicação oral e o melhor póster receberão prémios.

2.1.                 Rules for abstract submission (Normas de submissão de resumos)

To share your ideas, research and experiences on health and wellness, contributing to the development of practice, education and research, we would like to invite you to participate in this scientific event.

​Para compartilhar suas ideias, pesquisas e experiências sobre saúde e bem-estar, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da prática, educação e pesquisa, gostaríamos de convidá-lo a participar deste evento científico.

Abstracts should be submitted in English or Portuguese and can be presented at the congress in these 2 languages.

​Os resumos devem ser enviados em inglês ou em português, e podem ser apresentados no congresso nestes 2 idiomas.

Abstracts will be published in the E-book with ISSN published by Instituto Piaget

​Resumos serão publicados em Livro de ata digital com ISSN publicado pelo Instituto Piaget.

- Abstracts should be submitted in English (UK) or Portuguese (PT);

- The abstracts must be original in content and structured as follows: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions

​Os resumos devem ser originais em conteúdo e estruturados da seguinte forma: Introdução, Objetivos, Métodos, Resultados e Conclusões;

- The abstracts must have a maximum of 350 words

​Os resumos devem ter no máximo 350 palavras;

 - 3 to 5 bibliographic references - APA Style 7th edition

​3 a 5 referências bibliográficas;

- To be completed and sent in Word format, using the Submission Form of available abstracts, 1.15 spaces, in black, font "Calibri", size 12 with margins of 2,5 cm (bottom, top, left and right)

​Para ser preenchido e enviado em formato Word, utilizando o Formulário de Submissão de resumos disponíveis, 1,15 espaços, em preto, fonte "Calibri", tamanho 12 com margens de 2,5 cm (inferior, superior, esquerda e direita);

- All abstracts received will be submitted to peer review

​Todos os resumos recebidos serão submetidos a revisão por pares;

- Authors are responsible for the content of their presentations

​Os autores são responsáveis ​​pelo conteúdo de suas apresentações;

- One of the authors must be the speaker of the communication (please indicate on submission), and must be formally registered (Registration form) until the April 30, 2025

​Um dos autores deve ser o orador da comunicação (por favor, indique na submissão), e deve ser formalmente registado (formulário de inscrição) até o dia 30 de abril de 2025;

- The author submitting the abstract must declare (on behalf of all authors) the originality of the abstract and authorize the publication of the abstract in Book of Abstracts of the 4th ICHWBI2025

​O autor que envia o resumo deve declarar (em nome de todos os autores) a originalidade do resumo e autorizar a publicação do resumo no Livro de Atas do 4º ICHWBI2025;

- Each author can only submit at most two communications (oral and / or poster)

​Cada autor só pode apresentar no máximo duas comunicações (oral e / ou póster).
